DRA offers a range of security consultancy services to support our clients in developing tailor-made security management tools appropriate to their own specific needs. We specialise in large-scale and complex projects, whether involving national security sectors, comprehensive security development and training programmes or large-scale and multi-agency operational coordination. However, we also offer a bespoke service to international clients looking for security support for their operations, whether through training, operational support or emergency response.
DRA can offer security support across the world, from the most simple - airport pick-ups, vehicles and drivers - to the most complex - country analysis, security audits, programme development and on-going operational and management support. DRA's unparalleled network of associates across the world means that we can provide the highest level of international project management allied with specialist local knowledge, allowing you to relax, knowing that DRA has taken responsibility for your safety, security and the successful management of every aspect of your international projects. Services include short-term, one off events (including airport pick-ups, cars and drivers and a local coordinator who can ensure that your stay in-country passes off smoothly and hassle-free), long-term and multi-country operations, and emergency situations requiring fast response up to and including total country evacuation. Our experience in this area includes multi-country operations for global NGO's, country security programmes for multi-nationals in the Middle East, security consultancy in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe, and country evacuation programmes where DRA management was responsible for the evacuation of fifteen members of the expatriate community from Beirut within twenty-four hours of the start of the Israel-Lebanon war in 2006. Under Israeli air raids, we completed the successful pick-up of our clients from different locations across Beirut, and then transported them across Syria to final delivery in Amman, Jordan. Our services also include large-scale event security maangement and personal security for high-value and high-profile individuals.

DRA founder David Rubens holds an MSc in Security and Risk Management, and is currently a Visting Fellow in the Security and Resilience Department of Cranfield University, the civilian arm of the UK Defence Academy, where he is a Visiting Lecturer on the Strategic Leadership course. As a leading authority on large-scale and comples operation management, David has given presentations to senior commercial and government strategists in UK, Japan, Eastern Europe, Caribbean and the Middle East. DRA has a unique level of access to security specialists, academics think-tanks and specialist research agencies across the world. In response to clients' requests we have developed reports on country analysis, terrorism and corporate response, CBRN, national security sector restructuring, multi-agency operations security management and strategic management frameworks, as well as delivering fully-realised national-level security development programmes for both front-line services and strategic capability development. DRA issues monthly reports on various aspects of security management as well as more detailed Special Reports when something specific catches our attention.
